We also automatically collect: IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and usage data. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our platform.
We use your information to: provide and maintain our services; process transactions and send billing notices; communicate with you about your account; send technical and security alerts; improve and develop our services; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to complete transactions; service providers who assist in operating our platform; law enforcement when required by law; and business successors in case of merger or acquisition.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@otwa.cloud.

Your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
