Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all Otwa Cloud Inc. services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

Prohibited Uses

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays
  • Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code
  • Conducting or participating in Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
  • Unauthorized scanning, probing, or penetration testing of networks you do not own
  • Mining cryptocurrency without prior written authorization from Otwa Cloud
  • Storing, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property or copyright
  • Operating phishing sites, botnets, or command-and-control servers
  • Circumventing access controls or security mechanisms of any system
  • Hosting content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal discrimination
  • Reselling services without a formal reseller agreement
  • Using services to facilitate illegal activities under applicable law

Permitted Uses

  • Web hosting, APIs, and application backends
  • Development, staging, and testing environments
  • VPN for personal or business privacy (no commercial VPN resale)
  • Game servers for personal or commercial use
  • Authorized penetration testing of systems you own
  • Database servers and data processing workloads
  • Email servers for your own domain (not bulk sending)
  • Media streaming for content you own the rights to

Enforcement

We monitor our network for AUP violations. Upon detection, we may immediately suspend or terminate the offending account, null-route IP addresses, notify law enforcement, and pursue legal action where appropriate. We will provide notice where legally permissible.

Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@otwa.cloud with the subject, source IP, timestamps, and evidence. We investigate all reports and aim to respond within 24 hours. You may also contact us at +1 302 444 8419.

DMCA Notices

To report copyright infringement, send a compliant DMCA notice to dmca@otwa.cloud. Include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, and a statement of good faith belief. We will respond to valid notices promptly.

No Liability

Otwa Cloud is not responsible for the actions of its customers. We act as a neutral conduit for internet traffic and are not liable for content hosted by customers. We respond promptly to valid legal orders and abuse reports.
